Sales Responsibilities

Generate sales by engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
Immediately greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and sincere welcome.
Provide customers with current relevant information about products to assist in their decision-making process.

Customer Experience

Create a positive first impression for customers through energetic demeanor and adherence to dress code.
Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly to enhance their shopping experience.
Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing transactions at the cash wrap and capturing customer information in the database.

Operational Duties

Maintain store standards and cleanliness to ensure a clean and organized environment.
Carry out assigned housekeeping duties by store management to uphold visual presentation standards.
Assist with stock replenishment and merchandise display following company guidelines.
Participate in inventory counts and assist with merchandise management as needed.
