Description
Support corporate governance, maintaining company records, resolutions, statutory registers, and corporate filings.Review, draft, and manage contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations.Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks.Liaise with government authorities, regulators, external counsel, and notaries to manage approvals, registrations, and renewals.Support due diligence, KYC processes, cross-border corporate structures, and regulatory compliance requirements.Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration, compliance initiatives, and ad hoc legal projects.
Profile
Relevant educational qualifications in Law or Legal Studies.Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English.Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.Excellent organisational and research skills.Proficiency in using legal databases and software tools.Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
