Fashion Designer – Menswear – ERC International Human Resources Consultancies
We are looking for a creative and commercially focused Menswear Designer with 4–7 years of experience to develop trend-driven and customer-focused menswear collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Research global fashion trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
- Develop seasonal mood boards, colour stories, concepts and design directions.
- Design menswear across categories such as T-shirts, polos, shirts, sweatshirts, knitwear, jackets, joggers, shorts and bottoms.
- Create technical sketches, prints, graphics and detailed tech packs.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, colours and finishes for each collection.
- Develop commercially viable seasonal ranges aligned with the brand’s target customer and price positioning.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing and Production teams from concept through final production.
- Review samples and fits and provide necessary design modifications.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify emerging and fast-moving trends.
- Ensure collections and design deliverables are completed according to the seasonal calendar.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design/Apparel Design or a related field, with 4–7 years of relevant menswear design experience, preferably within fashion retail, fast fashion or value fashion. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and good knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, prints, graphics, tech packs and seasonal range development are required.
