Coating Machine Operator – TASC Outsourcing

Job Title – Coating Machine Operator

Type – Full-Time

Work Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 4,000 per month

Mandatory Details/Skills

• Set up and operate Coating Machines to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Start, monitor, and adjust machinery to achieve optimum machine performance.
• Operate coating machines according to production plans, work instructions, and job cards.
• Set up machines and verify product quality and specifications before the start of each production run.
• Perform frequent quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Set up and adjust Scraper Blade to ensure proper coating quality and consistency.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
• Ensure machines are regularly cleaned, inspected, and maintained.
• Record production output accurately in the Production Reporting System.
• Maintain machine maintenance logs and production records.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor regarding machine status, maintenance requirements, and production schedules.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Metal Coating Machines or equivalent technology.
• Experience in Stencil (Can Bodies) production is mandatory/preferred.
• Knowledge of coating machine setup, Scraper Blade adjustment, and quality inspection processes.
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
