Machine Operator – TASC Outsourcing

Job Title – Machine Operator

Type – Full-Time

Work Location – Dubai

Salary – AED 4,000 per month

Mandatory Details/Skills

• Operate production machinery to ensure continuous process flow.
• Start, monitor, and adjust machines to optimize production performance.
• Operate machinery according to production plans, work instructions, and job cards.
• Perform minor machine repairs and adjustments; report equipment malfunctions to the Shift Supervisor for corrective action.
• Set up machines and verify product quality and specifications at the start of each production run.
• Conduct frequent in-process quality inspections to ensure product compliance.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
• Ensure machines are cleaned, inspected, and maintained regularly.
• Record production output accurately in the Production Reporting System.
• Maintain maintenance logs for all work performed on production lines.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor regarding machine status, maintenance requirements, and production continuity.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

Key Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Metal Coating Machines or equivalent technology.
• Experience in Twist-Off Cap Manufacturing or Can Manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of machine operation, quality control, and preventive maintenance.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
