Job Title – Assistant Printing Machine Operator

Type – Full-Time

Salary – AED 3,500 per month

Mandatory Details/Skills

• Operate the Printing Feeder Machine to ensure smooth and continuous production.
• Run the Printing Machine during the absence of the Lead Operator.
• Assist the Lead Operator during machine changeovers and prepare materials for upcoming production jobs.
• Perform frequent quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Monitor ink levels in printing units and replenish or mix inks as required to maintain production quality.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
• Ensure printing machines are regularly cleaned, inspected, and maintained.
• Record production output accurately in the Production Reporting System.
• Maintain machine maintenance logs and production records.
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor regarding machine status, production progress, and maintenance requirements.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management within the scope of the role.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Skills Required

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Diploma in Offset Printing Technology is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Metal Printing Machines or equivalent technology.
• Experience in Printing Feeder Operation and Ink Mixing is required.
• Knowledge of printing processes, machine setup, quality control, and production standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
