Specialist, Digital Service Support (Field) – Diyar United Company
- 5–10 years of experience in field support, preferably in multi-site retail environments.
- At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing field service operations, technician dispatch, routing, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of field service KPIs, including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and first-time fix rates.
