Engineer, Digital Service Support (Field) – Diyar United Company
- 2–5 years of experience in field support, preferably in multi-site retail environments.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience in on-site troubleshooting and break/fix support for POS/BOS systems, payment terminals, peripherals, and site networks.
- Experience with hardware installation, system refreshes, and new site or station openings.
