Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical, operational, blue-collar and management vacancies within a fast-paced environment.Partner with hiring managers to deliver proactive hiring strategies aligned to workforce planning and business growth objectives.Develop innovative sourcing approaches across direct channels, social media platforms, talent pipelines and recruitment partners.Build and maintain strong talent pools for critical and high-turnover positions including technicians, painters, workshop staff and leadership hires.Analyse recruitment trends, market intelligence and sourcing effectiveness to continuously improve hiring outcomes and recruitment efficiency.
Profile
5+years of recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or operational hiring environments.Automotive industry recruitment experience is preferred, although candidates from relevant transferable sectors will also be considered.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge constructively and build trusted business relationships.Highly organised, structured and accountable, with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.Strong communication, interviewing and candidate management skills, with proficiency across recruitment systems and sourcing platforms.
