Description
Act as the principal legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on significant legal and commercial matters.Provide strategic oversight of corporate transactions, restructuring initiatives, and major contractual negotiations.Lead the Group’s legal risk management framework, ensuring key risks are identified, mitigated, and appropriately escalated.Oversee complex litigation, arbitration, disputes, and the management of external legal counsel.Develop and lead a high-performing legal team while driving consistency in legal practices across all group entities.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate legal qualifications are advantageous.Licensed to practice law in the UAE jurisdiction.Minimum 15 years of progressive legal experience, including senior legal leadership responsibilities.Extensive expertise in UAE corporate, commercial, labour, and regulatory law.Proven track record advising senior executives on complex transactions, litigation, governance, and legal risk matters.
