FP & A Manager (Construction/ Engineering) – Black Pearl Consult
A large organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced <b>FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager</b> to join their team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance through accurate planning, analysis, and strategic support to senior management.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Provide insights to management on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
Support decision-making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations.
Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business efficiency and profitability.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or certifications such as CFA, CPA, CMA are a plus).
Minimum of <b>8 years of finance experience</b> with at least 3 years focused on FP&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
