1. Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques, including interviews and workshops, to ensure that the needs are clearly understood and documented for further development.
2. Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories that guide the technical teams in implementing solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.
3. Create and maintain process maps and documentation that illustrate current workflows and identify areas for improvement, facilitating better understanding among team members.
4. Conduct data analysis using analytical tools to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations that support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
