Salary: AED 50,000 – 57,000 per month (all-in, depending on experience)



This is for a TA leader who’s been in the room for the hires that actually matter.

eMagine is exclusively recruiting a senior Talent Acquisition leader for a high-growth, multi-market business with big hiring plans across the GCC (and beyond). You’ll own senior leadership hiring, bring structure and governance to the process, and build a TA engine that delivers at pace — without cutting corners.

What you’ll own

• Confidential senior hiring: C-suite / VP / Director searches, end-to-end, with tight stakeholder management
• TA team leadership: build, coach, and run a high-performing team (delivery, standards, pace)
• Structured hiring process: intake, calibration, scorecards, hiring reviews, SLAs, quality metrics
• Market mapping & sourcing strategy: hard-to-fill roles, specialist pipelines, talent intelligence
• ATS + governance: approvals, compliance, audit-ready data, clean reporting
• Offer strategy: comp benchmarking, relocation packages, negotiation support across markets
• Scaling initiatives: workforce planning support, new market entry / hub build-outs, hiring events where needed

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have:

• Led TA in a high-growth, multi-country environment (tech-heavy is a strong plus)
• Real executive search exposure (not just “senior roles” proper confidential leadership hiring)
• Owned ATS administration and recruitment governance (approvals, data quality, compliance)
• A commercial head: you can talk comp, relocation, trade-offs, and hiring risk like a business partner
• A calm, discreet style with senior stakeholders trusted, not noisy
• A builder mindset: you like putting structure in place and making it stick
