Sales Executive – Commercial Vehicles | Al-Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO – Al Futtaim Group

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the CMC Van Division. You will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

What you will do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings.
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your designated territory.
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top customer satisfaction levels.
  • Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests, matching them to various models.
  • Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services.
  • Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established business policies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
  • Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses that introduce new products, keeping the Sales Manager or Brand Manager informed if additional training is required.
  • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
  • Ensure monthly overdue payments are within the agreed target.
