Overview of the role
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation for the assigned brands of the organization.
What you will do: –
Description of Accountability:
Stock Management:
- Maintain required inventory levels across POS
- Allocate new arrivals as per merchandising plan
- Consolidate SKUS based on sales on a weekly basis and store profile.
- Liaise with warehouse to ensure periodic replenishment based on merchandising plan
- Periodic analysis of merchandising plan to ensure accurate stock allocation based on customer profile per POS
- Generate ageing report and distribution across POS based on brand strategy.
- Analyse stocks for wholesale and DDF on a monthly basis with Brand manager and suggest corrective actions to channel partners.
- Monitor and follow up on blocked stocks
- Allocate furniture or POS material based on requirement from brand/ retail team.
Reporting
- Access SAP on a daily basis for daily reports on stocks, sales, vendor performance, ageing, pricing etc
- Prepare monthly sales report for brand principals
- Update internal sales reports on a weekly basis per POS/ Channel/ vendor.
- Maintain master file for brand and back order as per current formats
- Prepare sell in and sell out reports for wholesale and DDF. Generate MCBA stock download and POS stock download on a weekly basis
- Generate ZSTK stock ageing report with current SOH
Co-ordination
- Co-ordinate with principals for back order conformations
- Co-ordinate with channel partners for processing orders, returns etc
- Co-ordinate with sales staff for specific requirements for stock or display material
