Real Estate Consultant – Secondary Sales & Rental – Alert International

Description:

In this role, you will manage end-to-end secondary sales and rental transactions within the Dubai real estate market. You will work closely with property owners, buyers, and tenants, ensuring smooth and efficient deal execution while maintaining a strong and active listings portfolio. Your focus will be on driving consistent revenue through both property sales and leasing activity.

Role & Responsibilities:

Commercial

  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of secondary sales and rental opportunities
  • Source property listings and maintain an active portfolio
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Negotiate and close both sales and leasing transactions
  • Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Operational

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, listings, and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, admin) for seamless transactions
  • Ensure all listings and transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies

Client & Market Expertise

  • Provide advisory based on real-time market conditions and pricing trends
  • Guide landlords on pricing, positioning, and tenant sourcing strategies
  • Stay updated on secondary market inventory and rental benchmarks
  • Build and maintain a strong personal presence in the market
