Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our construction project team in Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate must have extensive HR management experience in the UAE construction industry, with strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and workforce administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily HR operations for construction projects in Dubai.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization of construction workers, technical staff, and administrative personnel.
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate workforce requirements with project management teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and other applicable employment requirements.
- Manage employment contracts, work permits, visa processing, Emirates ID, and employee documentation in coordination with the PRO team.
- Oversee employee attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, WPS compliance, and end-of-service benefits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, labour disputes, and employee relations.
- Coordinate labour accommodation, employee welfare, and workforce administration for construction sites.
- Implement company HR policies and support performance management and employee development.
- Prepare regular HR reports, recruitment updates, manpower statistics, and workforce cost analyses.
- Coordinate closely with project management and company leadership to ensure efficient HR operations.
