Oversee the daily operations of the bowling, billiards, and gaming center.

Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and operations staff.

Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.

Manage shift schedules, staffing, and employee performance.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

Drive sales through promotions, events, leagues, and corporate bookings.

Monitor cash handling, POS operations, and daily revenue reporting.

Control inventory and coordinate maintenance of gaming equipment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational procedures.

Coordinate with marketing to increase footfall and customer engagement.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
