Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate transportation schedules, routes, vehicle assignments, delivery bikes.
- Communicate effectively with third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee delivery bike operations and ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, and relevant departments.
- Adapt swiftly to operational changes and emergencies.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by the department.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
