Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Estimated Salary: AED 20-30K pm total package + Medical Insurance for self only + Annual Flight for self only + Visa for self only + Bonus (discretionary, performance based)
Working week: 6 days per week, office based in Mussafah Industrial Area.
About the Opportunity:
Our client, a large oil & gas fabrication organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws.
Required Profile:
10+ years’ hands-on HR experienceBackground in construction, heavy manufacturing, steel, oil & gasExperience managing large blue-collar workforcesStrong knowledge of UAE labour lawFluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR function in a fast-paced environmentImplement HR policies, procedures, and systemsMaintain workforce stability and engagement
