B2B Sales & Partnerships Specialist – Gift Cards & Digital Vouchers – ToyouCards FZ-LLC
ToYouCards FZ-LLC is a Dubai-based startup building a B2B platform for gift cards and digital vouchers.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Partnerships Specialist to help us grow our business by:
• Identifying and onboarding B2B clients such as gift card resellers, loyalty companies, rewards platforms, fintechs, and corporate buyers.
• Developing relationships with suppliers, aggregators, and strategic partners.
• Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals.
• Managing client relationships to increase repeat business.
• Working closely with the founders to refine pricing, product offerings, and go-to-market strategy.
• Providing market feedback on product demand, pricing, and competitor activity.
This is a performance-oriented role. We are open to flexible compensation structures, including commission-based and hybrid models depending on the candidate’s experience and contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Identify and approach potential B2B customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and wider MENA region.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Close new accounts and support ongoing account growth.
Partnerships
• Introduce and negotiate with new suppliers and aggregators.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities.
• Help improve commercial terms and product selection.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Recommend new products and target segments.
Strategic Support
• Contribute ideas on product delivery methods such as portal, API, embedded solutions, and other scalable approaches.
