The Customer Success Specialist in Dubai will play a key role in driving client satisfaction and ensuring the successful adoption of AI solutions within the Educations industry. This role focuses on supporting MEA client relationships, enhancing user experience, and ensuring long-term customer retention.
Client Details
Our client is a global start up strongly established in ANZ and Europe. They provide an AI solution to Schools and Universities to support students and teachers in their learning journeys. They already have a small office and lean team in the UAE, looking for a Customer Success Manager to proactively engage their customers across the region.
Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with University & Schools to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Drive the adoption and optimisation of the AI solutions across different client divisions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.Monitor and analyse client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives.Provide training and resources to clients to maximise their understanding of the product.Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Profile
A successful Customer Success Specialist should have:
A proven track record in a customer sucess.Previous experience in EdTech or Education.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.A collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
