Barista – Abu Dhabi – Black Pearl Consult

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused <b>Barista</b> to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, delivers exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining areas.Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.Ensure beverages are prepared consistently with excellent presentation and quality.Assist in opening and closing duties, including equipment setup and cleaning.Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.RequirementsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads when required.Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.Willing to work with shifting schedules. To view other vacancies we have, please check our website (www.blackpearlconsult.com) and follow us on our social media accounts – LinkedIn   /  Instagram Follow the <b>Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp.</b> Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
