Relaunch of the Special Program for Opening Up Isolated Areas: Minister Déthié Fall on a Mission to Dubai

The Minister of Infrastructure, Land Transport, and Rural Development, Déthié Fall, led a large delegation composed of representatives from the Ministry of Finance and Ageroute (the national road agency) to meet with the leaders of the Innovo Group (formerly ASGC). The objective of this mission was to formalize the effective relaunch of the Special Rural Development Program (PSD).
