Overview Of The Role:

• The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a professional customer journey and retaining customers, while also contributing to the company’s profitability. The role demands a strong focus on customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and the consistent implementation of company values and standards. The Service Advisor will engage in sales activities to increase profitability through upselling of services and products, and compliance to health, safety, and environmental standards is crucial. Learning and development are key aspects, with expectations for continual personal and professional growth to maintain high productivity and work quality.

What You Will Do:

General

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process, aiming for a Net Promoter Score >70.
• Maintain execution of customer service values and AF values at all times, aiming for a Customer Service Value >4.6.
• Ensure quality is maintained consistently, targeting FRFT >90%.
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages including products and services offered by the company, measured by Net Sales.
• Implement 5S at work to maintain work discipline, monitored through WIP/GEMBA evaluations.
• Perform all duties as outlined in the business SOP, with performance assessed via PDR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and actively prevent harm to the environment.
• Engage in learning and development activities to upgrade knowledge on new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
