Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the paints division across key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders to expand market share.

- Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
