We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Team Member in our Forex brokerage, to join our growing team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our trading services, contributing to our mission of providing a seamless trading experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the forex trading platform.
Monitor and manage trading systems and platforms to ensure uninterrupted services.
Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
Handle client inquiries related to account operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and account verification.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in implementing operational changes and new projects.
Analyze and report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
Liaise with different departments to support client needs and company goals.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory changes.
