Overview Of The Role:

The Retail Sales Representative at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery is integral to both sales and customer experience. This role requires balancing efficient store operations with delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Important responsibilities include maintaining store standards, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and enhancing customer satisfaction through positive interactions. Success in this position is measured by meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals, punctuality, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

What You Will Do:

Customer Interaction

Creates a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adhering to dress code.
Greets customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.
Provides customers with current relevant information about the products.
Provides quality service in the fitting rooms and follows up with customers in a timely manner.
Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping as they exit the store, and invites them back.

Sales and Store Management

Responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience.
Assists the Store Manager with day-to-day Store Operations including opening, closing, and Store Management cover.
Runs the store in the absence of the Store Manager if required.
Trains new staff on the Point of Sale (POS) operation and handles corrective action at the POS.

Operational Duties

Maintains store standards and cleanliness, providing a sparkling clean and organized environment.
Ensures compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing to protect the company against loss related to incorrect pricing.
Maintains cash wrap cleanliness and offers efficient service.
Participates in and attends all store meetings and related functions.
Performs housekeeping duties as required.
