Resident Project Manager
As our resident delivery lead in the UAE, you own the full lifecycle of an enterprise-grade AI platform project for a major Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate — planning, milestones, risks and change management — run a weekly operating rhythm, and interface with senior client stakeholders, procurement, finance and business units.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans and milestones; manage risks, issues and change to keep delivery on track;
- Establish and run the weekly rhythm: meetings, unified kanban, minutes, weekly status reports;
- Act as the primary on-site interface with client executives, procurement, finance and business units; run discovery, demos, acceptance and training;
- Coordinate between the local delivery team and HQ backend teams to ensure resources and transparency;
- Support local operations (visa, compliance, office) and commercial matters (contracts, payment milestones).
