Regional Sales Manager – Kinetic Business Solutions
A reputable and well-established Manufacturing company is actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for their team in Dubai. This position will cover the UAE, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned markets.
- Manage and develop an established regional sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, pipelines and market opportunities.
- Provide leadership, coaching and direction to regional teams.
- Work closely with senior leadership on regional growth plans.
- Travel regularly across the region, particularly to Pakistan.
