We’re hiring a Project Head / Enterprise Transformation Leader to take ownership of a high-impact portfolio spanning sovereign/enterprise AI readiness, cloud & infrastructure transformation, and ERP lifecycle delivery. This is a Dubai-based leadership role with real authority, serious budget, and global visibility.
What you’ll own
- Lead end-to-end delivery governance across a multi-workstream transformation portfolio (initiation → stabilisation → benefits realisation)
- Run portfolio controls: RAID, dependency management, change control, delivery assurance, and executive reporting
- Drive execution across multi-geo teams and vendor ecosystems (SIs, MSPs, partners) — often without direct line authority
- Operate at CXO / SteerCo level: decision-making, escalations, and stakeholder alignment
- Bring delivery discipline across SAFe / Agile / hybrid / waterfall environments depending on what the programme needs
- Own financial governance: budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, spend envelope control, audit readiness
What “great” looks like
- 15–20+ years delivering complex enterprise programmes (AI, cloud, ERP, digital platforms) at scale
- Proven track record running large portfolios with measurable outcomes (cost, efficiency, stabilisation, time-to-value)
- Strong governance muscle: PMO frameworks, delivery command centres, portfolio cadence, exec dashboards
- Comfortable in high-accountability environments with senior stakeholders across government/enterprise
- Confident leading multi-vendor delivery models and holding partners to outcomes
Nice-to-haves (but not required)
- Experience delivering AI-ready infrastructure / sovereign AI programmes
- ERP delivery leadership across HR / Supply Chain / Procurement modules
- Tools: Azure DevOps, Power BI (or equivalent reporting + delivery control stack)
