Project Engineer (Architect / Interior Designer) – SHADES ENGINEERING CONSULTANT – L.L.C – O.P.C

• Manage and supervise site activities for interior and fit-out projects from mobilization to handover.

• Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, providing practical solutions during construction.

• Attend site meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items with contractors and consultants.

• Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.

• Support in authority inspections and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project standards.

• Maintain quality control standards and ensure all works meet company and client expectations.

• Act as a key point of contact between site teams, consultants, and contractors.

• To submit, manage and follow up till approval material inspection request (MIR), and works inspection request (WIR).
