Operations Manager — Private Estate
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to support the smooth running of a private estate. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will oversee property maintenance, coordinate contractors and work closely with household teams to maintain exceptional standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage daily property upkeep and preventative maintenance.
Supervise contractors and maintenance technicians, ensuring quality, timely delivery and budget control.
Coordinate inventories, deliveries and operational records.
Support animal care, including dog walking, grooming and veterinary appointments.
Maintain health and safety standards while respecting the household’s privacy.
