Black Pearl Consult is hiring for an experienced <b>Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OBGYN)</b> in Dubai, UAE.
This opportunity is suited to an accomplished Consultant with strong clinical expertise, professional leadership skills, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care, medical education, research, and the advancement of clinical practice.
<b>Candidates with Tier 1 training or qualifications and a strong academic background are preferred.</b>
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based obstetric and gynecological care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, positive clinical outcomes, and an excellent patient experience.
Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement, and the implementation of evidence-based guidelines and care pathways.
Support postgraduate medical education through clinical teaching, bedside supervision, resident assessment, and mentoring.
Contribute to curriculum development, educational strategy, and the development of future specialists.
Participate in research, scholarly activities, publications, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Support the advancement of departmental services and the wider academic healthcare environment.
RequirementsRecognized postgraduate qualifications in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Appropriate Consultant-level clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
A strong record of clinical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based decision-making.
Experience in postgraduate medical education, resident supervision, teaching, or mentoring.
Involvement in research, publications, clinical audit, quality improvement, or guideline development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
A commitment to clinical governance, professional development, and service excellence.
Eligibility for the relevant UAE healthcare professional licensing requirements.
<b>Preferred:</b> Candidates with Tier 1 qualifications or training, a strong academic profile, and demonstrated experience in medical education and research.
