About the opportunity
An industrial SME business who are into high pressure pump equipment based out of Jebel Ali, Dubai, are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations, inventory control, import/export documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.Experience handling freight and shipping documentation.Experience with Free Zone / bonded warehouse regulations (relevant if based in a free zone like Jebel Ali)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure timely shipment execution.Plan transportation routes and coordinate carrier schedules to optimize delivery performance and cost efficiency.Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
