Lead Interior Designer – Fahed Architects
Fahed+Architects is an award-winning international design practice specializing in Architecture, Interior Design and Masterplanning, with an expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise and destination developments across the Middle East and Asia.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our Dubai studio. The successful candidate will lead luxury hospitality interior projects from Concept Design through Tender Documentation while coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and maintaining exceptional design quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead hospitality interior design projects from Concept Design through Tender Documentation.
- Develop innovative interior concepts for luxury hotels, resorts and premium residential developments.
- Lead FF&E, material selection and bespoke joinery development.
- Coordinate Architecture, MEP, Lighting, Landscape, Kitchen, Signage and specialist consultants.
- Lead client presentations and design workshops.
- Prepare and review interior drawings, specifications and schedules.
- Mentor junior interior designers.
- Ensure projects meet programme, operational and design requirements.
Candidates with GCC experience and a strong luxury hospitality portfolio will be given preference.
