Lead Architect – Luxury Hospitality & High-Rise – Fahed Architects
Fahed+Architects is an award-winning international design practice specializing in Architecture, Interior Design and Masterplanning, with an expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise and destination developments across the Middle East and Asia.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Architect to join our Dubai studio. The successful candidate will independently lead projects from Concept Design through Tender Documentation while coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead architectural projects from Concept Design through Tender Documentation.
- Develop innovative design solutions for luxury hospitality, mixed-use and high-rise developments.
- Coordinate Structural, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, Signage, Kitchen, Laundry, Cost and specialist consultants.
- Lead client meetings, design presentations and consultant workshops.
- Review drawings, BIM models, specifications and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget and authority requirements.
- Mentor junior architects and oversee project quality.
- Collaborate closely with the studio leadership on project delivery.
Candidates with GCC experience and a strong portfolio of luxury hospitality or high-rise projects will be given preference.
