Head of HR (Space Tech / Satcom) – Emagine Solutions FZE
Salary: up to AED 85,000 per month (all-in, depending on experience)

We’re hiring a Head of HR to build and lead a modern, high-performance HR function inside a European space technology company operating across space systems, satcom and regulated engineering environments. This is a senior leadership role with real influence: you’ll own the full HR agenda and lead a team of ~20 across HR + Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead the end-to-end HR strategy across the region (and support global alignment where needed)
- Manage and develop a 20-person HR/TA team (HRBP, TA, Ops, L&D, Comp & Ben as applicable)
- Partner with C-suite and business leaders on org design, workforce planning, and leadership capability
- Build scalable HR operations: policies, processes, employee lifecycle, HR systems, governance
- Own talent acquisition strategy for specialist technical hiring (engineering, programs, security-cleared profiles where relevant)
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Lead compensation frameworks, grading, benefits, and retention strategy in a competitive market
- Ensure compliance across employment law, internal controls, and regulated/contractual requirements
- Strengthen culture: accountability, delivery, and high standards in a fast-moving environment
What we’re looking for (must-haves)
- Proven senior HR leadership experience as Head of HR / HR Director (or equivalent)
- Space / Satcom / Aerospace / Defense / highly regulated tech experience is essential
- (e.g., Space tech, satellite communications (Satcom), systems integrators, avionics, secure programs)
- Demonstrated experience leading a sizeable HR function (~20 people) including TA
- Strong stakeholder management with executives and technical leadership teams
- Solid experience across: HR strategy, employee relations, performance, comp/ben, HR ops, and TA
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-accountability environments (not “policy-only HR”)
