Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee critical technology platforms, modernisation programmes, and a growing technology function.

Description
Define and execute the organisation’s technology and AI strategy.Lead EMR, ERP, integration, and digital transformation programmes.Drive data, analytics, and AI initiatives that support business and clinical objectives.Oversee enterprise architecture, application landscape, and system modernisation.Manage and develop a high-performing technology team and key technology partners.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology investment and innovation.
Profile
Proven technology leadership experience within a healthcare provider environment.Strong background in EMR/HIS platforms, integrations, and system migrations.Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.Understanding of healthcare informatics, interoperability, and data strategy.Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.Arabic language skills and GCC healthcare experience would be a major plus.
