About ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC
ESLY Signature Gold Trading LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
The ideal candidate must have prior accounting experience in a Gold Trading Company and hands-on experience with Orosoft Technovating Metals software.
Key Responsibilities
[ Handle end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
[ Maintain accurate daily financial records.
[ Perform daily gold inventory reconciliation between physical stock and accounting records.
[ Record and reconcile gold purchases, sales, stock movements, and inventory valuation.
[ Monitor gold pricing and related financial transactions.
[ Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
[ Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
[ Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
[ Handle UAE VAT (5%) calculations, reconciliations, and filing.
[ Assist with UAE Corporate Tax (9%) compliance.
[ Prepare financial documents required for external audits.
[ Maintain accurate records for high-value gold transactions.
[ Support AML/CFT-related compliance requirements.
[ Manage customer and supplier ageing.
[ Assist with payroll and MOHRE/WPS requirements.
[ Support month-end and year-end closing.
Salary & Benefits
[ AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
1. Gold Trading Company accounting experience – MANDATORY
