Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes.Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.Attend open day events across the UAE.Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes.Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems.Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics.
Profile
UAE National (Family Book required).Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.Minimum 2 years’ experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
