Airfreight Operation Coordinator

Position: Air Freight Operations Coordinator

We are looking for someone with air freight / airline cargo operations experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipments with our freight forwarder customers.
Coordinate with airlines for booking, cargo acceptance, flight status and uplift.
Coordinate with dnata/ground handling agents and cargo terminals.
Follow up cargo from delivery at the airport until final uplift/departure.
Check AWB, cargo details, documentation and airline cut-off requirements.
Provide regular shipment status updates to customers.
Handle operational issues such as delays, offloads, cargo discrepancies and missing documents.
Coordinate trucking/road feeder services when required.
Handle multiple shipments and follow up closely until completion.
Coordinate internally with our pricing team once a booking is confirmed.
Maintain professional relationships with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, freight forwarders and other operational partners.
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other standard office/air cargo systems.
