Warehouse Supervisor – LUB AND PARTS FZE

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods
• Developing and implementing logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines
• Taking charge of hiring, developing, and mentoring logistics and warehouse team, shaping a department that aligns with the company’s strategic vision
• Managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, minimizing shortages, and preventing overstock situations
• Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline the supply chain and improve logistics processes
• Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate logistics performance, ensuring continuous improvement
• Managing the logistics budget, focusing on cost control and efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards
• Leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to automate processes and enhance productivity.
• Meeting the standards of the free zone and coordination with free zone customs authorities for handling shipments (in and out)
