• Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery (transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods)
• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to achieve the best terms
• Oversee sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services
• Develop procurement strategies that support sustainability and quality standards
