Job Description:

• Oversee the creation and review of laws, policies, and regulations, ensuring compliance with external legal requirements, and advocate for the organization’s interests in legislative matters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies and legal experts, and represent the organization in industry forums and policy discussions.
• Assess and manage risks associated with external laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and addressing audit findings to minimize departmental risks.
• Contribute to recruitment, oversee performance management, and ensure adherence to policies, health, safety, and information security standards within the section.
