Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by promoting and selling products.
  • Client Meetings & Follow-Ups: Visit clients outside the office, handle inquiries, and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Product Knowledge: Share detailed information about products to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
