We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with expertise in renewable energy solutions, including solar panels, inverters, and installation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the sales and business development of renewable energy products, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for sales operations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic sales plans for the board on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a CRM database for clients and contacts.
  • Oversee and track demo units and ensure their proper management.
  • Travel as needed to meet sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Assist the administrative team to support sales activities.
  • Report sales and payments to the finance department.
  • Propose customer solutions by integrating products to meet their needs.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy technologies is essential.
