A leading F&B company is actively recruiting an Event & Sales Manager for their Dubai office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all requirements for events from concept to execution.
• Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and provide expert advice and guidance.
• Manage on-site execution of events ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and event partners.
• Identify business opportunities and secure partnerships to enhance the company’s visibility in the market.
• Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource allocation.
• Provide reports, analyse performance metrics, and suggest improvements.
