1. To understand and provide interior solution to customers thereby converting potential to prospective customer.
2. Provide alternatives with available products, eventually to add new customers and enhance business.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective after sales service.
4. Regularly record and manage the SAP procedures for quotation, sales etc.
5. Responsible for collection and follow up of the payments.
6. Adhering to HSE & Quality process of the company.
7. Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
8. Generating new business through outdoor and marketing activities and visiting clients’ sites when required .
9. Preparing periodical reports as required by the management.
10. Attend customers visiting the showroom, initiate sales process with them, pay attention to their needs and offer qualified advice on the specifications of the product.
11. Maintain close contact with prospective customers and make sales call to convert them into buyers. Introduce and follow up suitable sales prospects.
12. Maintain customer database and contribute towards the development of prospects list. Keep abreast of competition in this segment of Furniture.
13. Ensure per-delivery inspections and proper documentation of the sales transaction.
14. Ensure details of all items transactions are accurately completed & recorded and registered with sales administration, including payment.
15. Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction at all times in accordance with the company’s sales policies and procedures to maximize future recommended or repeat sales 16. Ensure that the customer is aware of all available accessories, items not on display. 17.Notify the customers of delay l order, changes in the requirements and specifications etc., if any, ensuring smooth conclusion of items delivery.
18.To Adhere Company Policy, guidelines and Code of Ethics.
19. Any other assignment as envisaged by line manager time to time.
