Sales Agent – High ticket sales – Clover Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional, The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, with a background in the FX industry being a strong advantage. This role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must and additional in other Indian languages like Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, or Bengali is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email.

• Identify clients’ needs, goals and expectations in the world of finance.

• Present and explain the broker’s products and services to both beginner and advanced clients.

• Stay educated on the latest financial market developments.

• Bring awareness and educating clients on financial news and events.

• Work with upper management to provide feedback and improve the company’s offers
